Aivention Commercial Extension License Agreement

1. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
   Aivention CustomerHand (the "Software") is the proprietary intellectual property of Aivention.
   Copyright (c) 2026 Aivention. All Rights Reserved.
   The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

2. LICENSE GRANT
   Subject to valid purchase, Aivention grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
   * Install and use the Software on ONE (1) live Magento installation (production domain).
   * Install on unlimited staging/dev environments associated with that domain.

3. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   * Sell, resell, or sublicense the Software.
   * Publish source code on public repositories.
   * Remove copyright legends or notices.

4. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

5. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Jurisdiction: Pirojpur, Bangladesh.

6. TERMINATION
   Effective until all copies of the Software are destroyed.
